Our typical production time is 5-10 business days from the time art is approved. However, this can be impacted by supply availability. Upon request we can give you a more specific date. And of course, if you have a firm in hands date please let us know ahead of time and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Do you charge rush fees?
Sometimes, we do our best to meet the needs of our clients without hitting them additional charges. However, some rush orders are more then just shuffling the production schedule. When that happens we may charge a rush fee. This will be included in your quote before production begins.
Can I design my own art?
Of course, however we reserve the right to review and make adjustments to achieve the best outcome for you. A digital proof will be provided before any project goes to production.
What file format should I submit art?
You may submit art in jpg, png, eps, pdf, or cdr. However, only vector files are considered print/engrave ready. Jpg, png or other image files may be subject to art charges to clean up and get ready for processing.
Do you charge set up fees on awards?
It depends on the process. For awards and engraving you will receive 15 minutes of free art design. For most simple awards this is more then sufficient. Any logo revision, clean up or advanced art design is subject to an art fee billed at $40.00/hour. You will be notified before we begin with an estimate.
How much is engraving?
For all products listed in our online catalog engraving is FREE. Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge a per letter or per line fee. We realize it is the engraving that makes the award special so we include it up front in our pricing.
What are your shipping policies?
Our shipping policies are as follows:
For orders produced at our headquarters: Pick up: FREE Orders within 60 miles of Rockville, In. Free if in excess of $100 or delivery time is flexible. Orders outside of this radius will be shipped UPS or USPS at the customers expense.
For orders produced by one of our partners: Customer will be billed shipping charges unless otherwise indicated.
What is your return policy?
Since we are a custom product producer we are unable to offer returns.
However, we will guarantee quality and accuracy of the engraving. Should a mistake be made that was not on the approved proof we will replace your product at our cost.
In the event a mistake is made (spelling, etc) that was on the proof approved you will be responsible for the cost to redo.
