What is DiSC®?

The DiSC® Personality Profile Assessment is the leading personality assessment system in today's highly competitive training market. Originally conceived in 1928 by William Marston, DiSC assessments evaluate the subjects personality and scores the results in four quadrants. From this information we can reasonably predict the subjects responses to stimuli and events. For example, if we know the subject scores very high in the "C" quadrant then we can safely assume they like to have a great deal of information and will take time to process and analyze before making a decision. On the hand, if the subject scores high in the "I" dimension than they are more likely to be impulsive and rash in their decision making skills. This information can gives us great insight and benefits in a plethora of communication environments such as sales, teams, or even family.
